How to create a meeting notice

Here you have to fill up all the details of the meeting notice like notice date, meeting type, meeting date, meeting time, venue of the meeting, subject in brief, you need to select a convener of the meeting etc. You can select a group of people also like various type of committees and lastly you need to select individuals from the list to whom you want to send the above order, notices, or circular and finally submit the form then it will move to all individuals and they will see the the notice in their own computer.



Oh I forgot to say one important thing of this notice that is agenda type whether it is predefined agenda or not if it is predefined agenda then after saving this form you can create agenda for the meeting and if this is not predefined then you need to enter a gender submission last date that's all.
